New York requires many insurers to cover IVF (law effective 2020) -- 3 IVF cycles (large group >100 emp); fertility preservation all markets.

New York law requires coverage of fertility preservation before treatment that can cause infertility, such as cancer treatment (effective 2020).

Lab director
Nikica Zaninovic, PhD joined Weill Cornell in 1995 and has been the Embryology Laboratory Director since 2010. His research is focused on the development of embryo selection protocols using time-lapse microscopy and application of AI in IVF.
